The Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) is used by Australian and New Zealand suppliers to declare compliance with applicable electrical-safety, electromagnetic-compatibility, and radio requirements. Before applying the RCM, the responsible supplier generally needs applicable standards testing, compliance records, and registration with EESS or the relevant authority according to the product risk level and scheme. The RCM is not a standalone test certificate; the exact route depends on product function, power source, radio capability, and market.
