Enterprise-ready solutions
AI doesn't necessarily have to take your job; in fact, practical AI tools can assist you while significantly saving labor and improving the quality of your work. The application of AI can bring more convenience and efficiency to workers, allowing them to focus more on creative and strategic tasks.
What impact will generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) like ChatGPT have on the job market and individual work?
Emad Mostaque, founder of the text-to-image generation service Stability AI, boldly predicted that programmers might disappear within the next five years. However, many experts believe that AI will only help developers improve efficiency and will not completely replace the existence of programmers.
According to a recent report by Goldman Sachs, as many as 300 million jobs worldwide could be affected. However, the current reaction of most business leaders is to use AI to augment human labor. As for the long term, many experts admit they cannot predict what will happen. Currently, many early adopters of AI tools are benefiting greatly, solving many daily work challenges. For example, Jacqueline DeStefano-Tangorra, CEO and founder of the boutique consulting firm Omni Business Intelligence Solutions, has been experimenting with using ChatGPT to analyze her own poetry and has learned how to issue commands to use ChatGPT and other AI tools in various ways to improve work efficiency.
She said, "I feel like I've gained a partner who can help a lot." Now her team is also teaching clients how to use AI. DeStefano-Tangorra recommends using the following three AI tools for daily administrative tasks:
1. ChatGPT
The recently popular ChatGPT can generate a wide variety of content, from answering simple questions to writing code or even full essays. It has limitations, such as an outdated knowledge base (only up to 2021) and an inability to distinguish between fiction and fact, but it can be extremely useful as long as the right instructions are given.
2. Godmode
Godmode.space is a generative AI website similar to ChatGPT, but it features internet connectivity, allowing it to provide the most real-time information. Furthermore, it presents its processing steps one by one to ensure it stays on the right track and finds the answers the user needs. DeStefano-Tangorra strongly recommends using Godmode for research.
DeStefano-Tangorra stated that if she wanted to understand the top ten TikTok trends of 2023, Godmode would search the web for relevant information and then present it to the user step-by-step, explaining the process used to find these trends. Users can then choose which steps to execute until they eventually obtain the required list.
3. Microsoft 365 Copilot
This is a data and AI assistant tool based on large language models and Microsoft Graph, capable of transforming a user's natural language input into high-efficiency productivity tools. Microsoft 365 Copilot is already embedded in several Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc., assisting you in creating content you might need—such as drafting emails, analyzing Excel data, creating presentation slides, or organizing Teams meeting summaries—allowing you to achieve more with less effort.
