Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-07-22
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to Easy Trust’s website, accounts, products, enquiries, orders, and payments. By using the site or submitting an order, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. A user acting for a company confirms authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You must not use the site unlawfully, infringe rights, damage systems, bypass security controls, or interfere with others.
3. Service information and contract formation
Product features, prices, schedules, and plans are ordering references. For customized services, the final scope, milestones, delivery, maintenance, and third-party costs are governed by the quotation, statement of work, or contract accepted by both parties. Submission or payment does not automatically approve every custom requirement. We may confirm capacity, requirements, and price before accepting an order; if we cannot accept it, we will notify you and refund the unperformed portion.
4. Payment, invoices, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by the displayed third-party provider. Invoices, failed or duplicate payments, cancellation, and refunds follow the product disclosure, the parties’ contract, and applicable law. Customized services, digital content, or work already begun may have different cancellation and refundable amounts based on completed work, third-party costs, and mandatory law. Important conditions will be confirmed before performance begins. Contact us promptly with your order details to request cancellation.
5. Delivery and customer cooperation
You must provide lawful and complete content, credentials, access, and approvals as agreed. Delays caused by missing materials, scope changes, third-party review, or events outside reasonable control require a revised schedule. Acceptance, revision rounds, warranty, and maintenance follow the applicable plan or contract.
6. Intellectual property
The site software, interface, marks, and content are protected by law. Customer materials remain with their owners, and you warrant that you may provide them. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables and third-party components follow the individual contract; rights beyond the agreement do not pass before full payment.
7. Availability, liability, and governing law
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Responsibility is determined under the individual contract, applicable law, and actual fault; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. We may update these terms and will post material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, and disputes should first be addressed in good-faith discussion before jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
