Argentina Amends Product Exemption Procedure

On January 26, 2024, the Argentine Ministry of Productive Development issued an announcement concerning amendments to Resolution No. 169/2018. This amendment primarily focuses on revoking Resolution No. 1495/2023, which had been effective since November 2023, and reinstating the original exemption provisions, under which importers apply to the government for product exemptions.
